Shipping

Available delivery regions, shipping options and delivery costs are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, production location and fulfilment partner. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but they are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. If part of your order appears to be missing, please check your tracking information as the remaining items may still be on their way to you.

Where shipping is included in the product price, this will be reflected at checkout. For some destinations, additional delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly included at checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender because of incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect from a delivery point, additional delivery costs may apply.


Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@wondersatlas.co.uk.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

Please contact us where possible within 30 days of receiving the item. This helps us raise the issue with the production or fulfilment partner within their review window.

Please do not send products back before contacting us. In many cases, we may be able to review the issue using photographs without requiring the item to be returned.

We aim to review complete requests within 14 days of receiving the required information and photographs. Some cases may require further investigation with the courier, production partner or fulfilment partner.

Where a genuine issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable solution depending on the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incomplete, misdescribed or incorrect goods.


Change-of-mind returns

For standard products purchased online, cancellation and return rights may vary depending on your location. Where applicable consumer law gives you the right to cancel or return a standard product, we will honour those rights.

For UK consumers, you usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you usually have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you are outside the United Kingdom, you may have different or additional rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce any mandatory rights that apply to you by law.

To request a change-of-mind return, please contact us first at studio@wondersatlas.co.uk with your order number, name, email address and the item you wish to return.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We will confirm the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns to our business correspondence address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. Returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed, lost or unable to be processed.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and safely packaged. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, the customer is responsible for return postage where permitted by applicable law.

Where a refund is due, we will refund the standard product price and any standard delivery charge required by applicable law.

Once we receive the returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back where required by applicable law, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

We are not responsible for additional costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery option, customs charges, import duties or return postage unless required by law.

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.


Custom and personalised products

Custom, personalised, specially requested or bespoke products cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the agreed description.

Please check all personalised details carefully before placing your order.


Colour and product variation

Colours may vary slightly between screen display and the final printed product. This can depend on screen settings, print process, paper type, frame choice where available and product format.

Minor colour, finish or material variations may occur as part of the production process and are not usually treated as faults unless the item is materially different from the product description.

Wonders Atlas products are produced to order through carefully selected production and fulfilment partners. Please check the product information carefully before placing an order, including size, format, framing options, delivery region and shipping details.

Some products may be available as framed or unframed versions. Please review the individual product page to confirm what is included before ordering.

Where a print is sold unframed, the frame is not included. Artwork is supplied as a premium unframed print, ready for framing.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at studio@wondersatlas.co.uk with your order number and delivery details.

If your item appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us where possible within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. This helps us investigate the issue with the courier, production partner or fulfilment partner.

If tracking shows that an item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so that we can review the delivery information and investigate further.

Where a missing order is confirmed, we will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution depending on the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights.
