Our Products
Wonders Atlas sells art-led products featuring original artwork, including poster prints, wall art, accessories and lifestyle items.
Product availability may vary depending on the product type, destination country, fulfilment partner and stock or production availability.
Each product page aims to describe the key product details, including size, format, material, finish and whether any frame or additional accessory is included.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, poster prints and wall art are supplied unframed.
Frame not included. Artwork is supplied as a premium unframed print, ready for framing.
Wonders Atlas creates independent artwork inspired by cities, landmarks, landscapes, architecture, historic places, natural wonders and other places of interest.
References to cities, countries, landmarks, buildings, natural places or cultural sites are used descriptively to identify the subject or inspiration for the artwork.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Wonders Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with any tourism board, public authority, landmark operator, cultural institution, government body, brand or rights holder.
Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, browser and lighting conditions. Minor variations may also occur between digital previews and the final printed item due to production methods, print materials, surface finishes and product formats.
Lifestyle images, room mock-ups and product previews are for illustrative purposes only. They may show suggested styling, framing, props or room settings that are not included with the product unless clearly stated on the product page.
Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Ordering From Us
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
After placing an order, you should receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract between you and Wonders Atlas is formed only when we accept your order. We accept your order when we confirm acceptance by email, release the order for production, or dispatch the order, whichever happens first.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order, including the product, size, quantity, delivery address and contact details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, technical errors, product unavailability, payment issues, tax or shipping errors, delivery restrictions, legal or regulatory restrictions, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Prices, Payments and Taxes
Product prices are shown on the website in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time. The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payment is taken through the payment methods available on our website. We do not store your full payment card details.
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to taxes, VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import charges, handling fees or other local charges. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by you directly to the relevant authority or delivery provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully imported into their country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or local fees unless these are clearly included at checkout.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges, international transaction fees or other charges. These are outside our control.
Production and Fulfilment
Wonders Atlas creates the artwork and product designs. Physical products are made to order through third-party production and fulfilment partners.
This means your item may be produced only after your order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the product type, destination, fulfilment location, seasonal demand and order volume.
Because products are produced to order, we may not always be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Delivery
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Wonders Atlas website and to any orders placed through our online shop.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery options, costs and estimates will be shown at checkout where available.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but they are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery times may be affected by production times, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, local disruption, seasonal demand or events outside our reasonable control.
Where no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, we will aim to deliver goods within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender because of incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect from a delivery point, additional delivery costs may apply.
If we become aware that an order cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and, where required by law, offer you the option to cancel for a refund.
Cancellations
Wonders Atlas is based in the United Kingdom. We may accept orders from customers outside the United Kingdom where delivery is available.
International availability may vary depending on the product, destination country, production location, fulfilment partner, courier availability, customs requirements and any applicable legal or trade restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where delivery is not available, where there is a legal or regulatory restriction, or where we reasonably believe the order cannot be completed safely, lawfully or reliably.
For international orders, your order may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations depending on the product and destination.
You are responsible for checking whether the product can be imported into your country and for paying any local taxes, customs duties, import charges or handling fees unless these are clearly included at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges or delivery issues caused by customs, border controls, local import procedures or local delivery requirements.
If you are a consumer living outside the United Kingdom, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where local consumer laws give you stronger rights than those set out in these Terms & Conditions, those mandatory local rights will apply to the extent required by law.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
The cancellation period usually ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period usually ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate, receives the last item.
To cancel an order, you must contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel. You can contact us at:
You may use the Model Cancellation Form at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you do not have to use it. You can cancel by sending us any clear statement confirming that you wish to cancel your order.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you will usually have a further 14 days to return the goods.
If you contact us before your order has been accepted, we will treat this as a request to withdraw your offer to purchase.
Because many Wonders Atlas products are produced to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel or amend it before it is made. If it has already entered production or been dispatched, you may need to wait until the item is delivered and then follow our returns process.
This cancellation right may not apply to certain products, including personalised, customised or made-to-your-specific-instructions items, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
If you are outside the United Kingdom, you may have different or additional rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to reduce any mandatory cancellation, return or refund rights that apply to you by law.
This section does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and refunds
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items
Personalised and custom products
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us first at:
Please include your order number, name, email address and the item you wish to return.
Do not send products back without contacting us first. We will confirm the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send returns to our business correspondence address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. Returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed, lost or unable to be processed.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the return address we provide, except where applicable law states otherwise.
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
Once we receive the returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back where required by law, we will process any refund due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.
Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery costs, such as express, tracked, premium or upgraded delivery, may not be refundable except where required by law.
We may reduce a refund where returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or where they are returned damaged, used or not in their original condition, subject to applicable consumer law.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, or if it appears to be missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the problem, the packaging and any visible damage where relevant.
If your item appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us where possible within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier, production partner or fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate solution.
If tracking shows that an item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so that we can review the delivery information and investigate further.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, missing, misdescribed or incorrect goods.
Intellectual property
From time to time, Wonders Atlas may offer personalised, customised or bespoke products.
Where a product is personalised, customised or made to your specific instructions, cancellation and return rights may be limited unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Please check all personalised details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect dates or incorrect custom information.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for providing accurate order information, delivery information and contact details.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery where required, and for collecting your parcel from a delivery point where a courier leaves collection instructions.
You must not use our website or products for unlawful, misleading, commercial resale or infringing purposes.
Products purchased from Wonders Atlas are intended for personal use, gifting or lawful display, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Products are not sold for wholesale, commercial resale, reproduction, licensing, merchandising or other commercial exploitation without our prior written permission.
This does not give you any copyright, reproduction, licensing, merchandising or commercial rights in the artwork or designs.

Liability
Events outside our control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
